Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the Pulsr website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only collect what you type into the contact form, we use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
Last updated on 19 October 2026
01Who is responsible
The data controller is TIMOTEI CO, which publishes Pulsr, 4 rue de l’Écaille tigrée, 95800 Courdimanche, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@usepulsr.co.
This policy covers the usepulsr.co website: the marketing pages, the documentation, the status page and the contact form. Data you send through the Pulsr API as a customer is covered by the contract we sign with you, not by this policy.
02What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you enter:
- your first and last name, work email and, if you give it, your phone number and job title;
- your company, its website, country and size;
- the channels you are interested in, your expected SMS and call volumes, your current provider and your message.
When you browse the Site, our host records technical data needed to serve pages and protect the Site: IP address, browser type, requested page and time of the request.
In your browser, the documentation remembers whether you prefer code samples in TypeScript or Python. This choice is stored in your browser’s local storage, is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools, so there is no consent banner to show you.
03Why we use it
- To answer your request (a demo, pricing, a question): based on the consent you give with the checkbox on the form, and on steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
- To run and secure the Site: technical logs, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Site available and protected against abuse (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to a newsletter.
04Who receives it
Only the Pulsr team reads your contact requests. To run the Site, we rely on these processors:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosts the Site and processes technical logs.
- Discord Inc. (United States): delivers each contact request to the team’s private channel so we can reply quickly.
These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
05Transfers outside the EU
Both providers above are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
This applies to the website only. The Pulsr API and the messages, calls and numbers you handle with it are hosted in the European Union.
06How long we keep it
- Contact requests: up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a customer, your data moves under your contract.
- Technical logs: kept by our host for no more than 30 days.
- Code language preference: stays in your browser until you clear it.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can:
- access your data and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its processing;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
- set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@usepulsr.co. We reply within one month.
If you think we have not respected your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07.
08Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only. Access to contact requests is limited to the people at Pulsr who need it to reply to you.
09Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the Site or our providers change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
